Are you ready to slide, sweat, and connect? Join us on Saturday, June 7th from 12–1PM for Slide for Your Life, a high-energy Bump Your Pulse experience—this time, on clay!

In this high-energy, one-hour experience, you’ll engage in Bump Your Pulse drills and games that will challenge your footwork, improve your mobility, and most importantly — make it fun to move on clay!
