The day will include

• A calisthenics introductory class that shows people how to master their body weight, as well as a competition, where athletes can showcase their endurance and freestyle skills.
• A weightlifting challenge for men and women to highlight power and strength
• Pilates and Yoga sessions to bring some balance to the day
• Boxing training for those looking to learn technique and get a sweat.
• All backed by live DJs, local vendors, food trucks, mini-games, and plenty of opportunities to network and vibe with fellow fitness lovers
