Voluntary Stewardship Program (VSP) Work Group Meeting

The Voluntary Stewardship Program (VSP) is a collaborative process that helps Whitman County ensure healthy landscapes, resilient farms, and strong ranches into the future. The work group meets quarterly and identifies stewardship strategies for agricultural viability and protecting / restoring five critical areas: wetlands, frequently flooded areas, fish and wildlife conservation areas, critical aquifer recharge areas and geologically hazardous areas on private lands.
