Join us on Wednesday, October 22nd as SAO’s Internal Controls expert Debbie Pennick (Center for Government Innovation) offers a CPE-eligible training including a variety of free guides, best practices and tools to help you improve your government’s internal controls.
This training will focus on preventing fraud—an issue that can affect any organization. With the right knowledge, tools and internal controls, you can safeguard public resources and strengthen residents’ confidence in their work.
During this session, you will:
· Identify fraud risks
· Gain best practice insights
· Learn prevention strategies
· Improve internal controls
The training will have two sessions available: 9am - 12pm & 1pm - 4pm. Please pick one session to attend.
