Get ready to slink, slide, and sizzle around the base of the pole! This specialty class focuses entirely on grounded, low-flow movement—no choreography, just pure basework. Elektra will break down foundational moves, floor transitions, and sensual shapes that emphasize control, fluidity, and confidence.

This class is open to all levels, with modifications and progressions provided to meet you where you are. Whether you’re brand new to basework or ready to refine your technique, this class is for you. Heels are encouraged, but not required. Kneepads highly recommended.
