Hot Yoga with Rogue

Ready to get sweaty?? Bikram or "hot" yoga is a flow style yoga set in a room kept at 95-105 degrees!! This practice moves through specific yoga postures to improve balance, strength and flexibility while promoting detoxification. Previous yoga experience is helpful but not necessary. Please bring your own mat, plenty of water and a yoga towel or beach towel for your mat.
