Sound Bath & Cocao Ceremony

Please join musician, composer, sound therapist, and yoga teacher, Keri Vannucci-Olson of Santosha Sound Studios and dietician, yoga teacher, ecstatic dance and sacred cocao medicine facilitator, Jen Zak for an unforgetable evening!

"Zen Jen" will share and guide us in cocao ceremony, an ancient healing art she learned from the indigenous peoples of Costa Rica. Keri will then transport us into deep relaxation and meditation with sound vibration. ✨Immerse yourself in the sacred sounds of: Tibetan bowls, quartz crystal bowls, tuning forks, bells, chimes, and gongs. Allow the tones to vibrate your cells and subconscious mind guiding you into your parasympathetic nervous system response (rest & digest) and tapping in to your Theta brainwave state. Experience zen, bliss, peace…and beyond.✨
