Calming Canvas is a guided painting experience designed to help you slow down reconnect with yourself and express your emotions through color and creativity. Led by a licensed mental health professional this session blends mindfulness guided meditation breath work gentle reflection and intuitive art-making in a calming supportive space. No artistic skill required—just a willingness to explore.
Whether you're navigating stress seeking grounding or craving a creative outlet Calming Canvas offers a peaceful place to breathe paint and be.
Disclaimer: This wellness experience is designed solely for relaxation and creativity. This is a mindfulness painting experience with guided meditation and breath work aimed at stress reduction and optional socializing. You will paint on an 8x10 canvas in a relaxed setting. This is not art therapy or a counseling group.

Refund Policy

Calming Canvas Refund Policy

No Refunds: All ticket purchases for Calming Canvas events are final and non-refundable due to the limited number of spots and the cost of materials and preparation (e.g., pre-traced canvases, paint supplies).

Transfers/Credits: If you cancel at least 7 days before the event, you may receive a credit toward a future Calming Canvas event, subject to availability. Credits must be used within 6 months and are non-transferable.

Cancellations by Us: If the event is canceled by Embrace Your Calm PLLC (e.g., due to low attendance, weather, or unforeseen circumstances), you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another event.

No-Shows: No credits or refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations less than 7 days before the event or for anyone who does not show up on time for the start time of the event.

How to Request: Cancellation or transfer requests must be submitted in writing via email to embraceyourcalm@outlook.com with your order number and event date.
