Unwind and reset with our special Once-a-Month Yin Yoga class—set to the soothing sounds of live classic soft rock hits. This 75-minute session blends the meditative stillness of Yin Yoga with the nostalgic comfort of acoustic renditions from legends like Jim Croce, Cat Stevens, The Beatles, and more.

Expect long, passive stretches designed to release deep tension in the fascia and joints—enhanced by the warm, familiar rhythm of live guitar and vocals. Perfect for all levels, this class invites you to slow down, breathe deep, and connect with your body and the music in a whole new way.

This class will be held in studio. All memberships, class passes and drop-in passes may be used for this class.
