Want to keep strong and flexible in body and mind throughout your pregnancy and beyond? We will teach you ways to prepare mentally and emotionally for the birth of your beautiful baby and the early days with him or her.
We cover key simple breathing practices for birth and beyond, Yoga movement, meditations, affirmations and many great ways to relax and sooth anxiety - skills for life!
You don't need any experience or flexibility to join the class. Yoga may help with maternal anxiety, worry and stress, pregnancy related physical discomforts, preparing for birth, getting your baby in to an optimal foetal position, creating space within. Many women also make important friendships with other mums to-be and continue to socialise once their babies are born.
