What to Expect:
In this 3-hour workshop, you'll explore a carefully selected series of SILC-based movements that will help you:
Build stronger physical connection
Understand key connection points
Create a more responsive frame
Dance more smoothly and expressively to slower-tempo tracks
But it doesn’t stop there — this workshop also focuses on the conversational side of dance: how to listen, respond, and co-create with your partner using simple, musical movement. It’s all about body awareness, partnership dynamics, and finding the joy in every dance.

A12 - JUNCTION 28
The Rugby Club is adjacent to the main A12 road that serves East Anglia.
From the south (Ipswich bound carriageway)
To access the venue from the south, turn off at Junction 28, turning left at the first roundabout. Drive past the turning to the BP Garage and McDonalds and carry on for 200 yards, take the next right. If you have reached the Park & Ride you have gone too far.
From the north (London bound carriageway)
To access the venue from the north, turn off at Junction 28, turning right at the first roundabout and drive over the bridge to the second roundabout. Go straight over and drive past the turning to the BP Garage and McDonalds and carry on for 200 yards, take the next right. If you have reached the Park & Ride you have gone too far.
The postcode of the Rugby Club is CO4 5YX
The venue has an enormous car park directly outside that is free to use for all Ceroc dancers.
There is also a 24 Hour BP Garage and McDonalds 30 seconds from the venue.
