Struggling with your mental health but not ready for counselling?

Our Colchester coffee group is a gentle, no-pressure space where you can come exactly as you are. No expectations. No judgement. Just a friendly cuppa and people who understand.

Whether you’re feeling low, living with suicidal thoughts, or just need to get out the house for a bit, this space is for you.

We meet every Monday 11am–1pm at Level Best Café (ground floor, wheelchair accessible, with hot drinks and biscuits provided).

You don’t have to book, just come along.
