Let your Hair Down Project

For Residents, Relatives, Staff and all the Colchester community to come along, meet people living with or supporting someone with Dementia. We will be dancing in chairs of standing, whatever your ability is! To fun, upbeat music. Taking care of our physical and mental health, having fun and making new friends.

We will initially run three of these sessions collaboratively, but if they are popular, we would love to continue, so do come along and support us!
