Join us for a calm evening stroll under the luminous glow of the full moon at the Hilly Fields Nature Reserve.
As the sun sets and the moon illuminates our path, you'll have the opportunity to witness the reserves nocturnal inhabitants awakening in the safety of the group.
We will start with a reflection meditation for the month and finish with a intention setting meditation. For the rest of the quiet walk it will be a social walk and can talk about the nature we see around us.
This walk offers a lovely way to observe monthly how the evenings each month change with the seasons getting gradually lighter and then decending darker.
