The GLAD program for Osteoarthritis of the knee and hip

❓Have you heard about the GLAD Physiotherapy program for knee and hip Osteoarthritis Management❓

✅Sam Ward is running our next 6 week course starting on Monday 16th June at 12.00pm.

✅You will participate in 2 classes a week on Mondays and Thursdays at 12.00. These involve Education and Supervised exercises in our gym with Sam.

✅You will have a Pre Program Assessment to measure your strength mobility and pain levels. This assessment is also completed at the end of the course.

✅If your dodgy knees or hips are stopping you from walking, bending, kneeling or sleeping this program is for you. 🫵🏻

✅You may have a partner or someone you know who would benefit from this amazing program! If you do please Let them know so Sam can lead them on a journey to less pain and more freedom.
