Sushi Making 101 Class

CLASSES INCLUDE:

In this 2 hours lesson. we’ll learn, cook and eat sushi in a fun and causal environment! These classes are perfect for any budding sushi chefs out there, you’ll pick up some great new skills to take home, and of course, a delicious selection of sushi to enjoy.

-Full instruction from our instructor who will guide you every step of the way. You’ll be in a group with other class-goers so you’ll get to enjoy the experience together and you’ll have the option to tuck into your creations at the end, or pack them up to enjoy later!

-You’ll learn about the history of sushi, the delicious ingredients used, knife cutting skills, making the sushi rice, and- of course- how to roll your very own sushi!

-No experience is required!

-BYOB (optional).

Your menu will look like:

-Salmon Sashimi slice/Inari to taste

-Salmon Nigiri

-Cucumber Maki (or other Vegetarian Maki)

-Salmon & Avocado Hand Roll/Yasai Hand Roll

-Spicy Salmon Maki Roll

Please note that the above could change depending on the number of people in the class, their dietary requirements, and if we have any specials on the menu that day.
