Women’s Self Defense Class

Join us for a 90-minute women’s self-defense workshop focused on grab defense, real-world scenarios, and practical techniques anyone can use. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have some training experience, this class is designed to empower you with tools to stay safe and build confidence.

• How to break free from wrist grabs, bear hugs, and hair grabs
• Basic striking to create space and escape
• Simple, effective movement strategies
• Realistic scenario drills

🔸 Open to Women and Teen Girls (Ages 13+)
No prior experience necessary — all fitness levels welcome!
