We are offering two training rides to prepare for Peaks to Conga! Each ride has several options to make it your experience.
Saturday June 14th, 7am ride to Burlington Place from Cody Coffee parking lot via Emblem for pizza and good eats!
Option 1- Ride 39 miles, call your pickup ride, eat some grub, relax as someone drives you home!
You will need to schedule your vehicle ride home or set shuttle ahead of time with this option. It’s a great way to get a riding partner! Plan 3-4 hours of riding depending on ability.
Option 2 - Ride 39 miles, eat some grub, and ride back to Cody! Plan 6-8 hours of riding depending on ability. Lead rider will be riding back to Cody.
What to bring:
Plenty of water! Electrolytes, snacks,layers depending on weather such as a rain jacket, light long sleeve, gloves, etc, sunscreen, chapstick, chamois cream
Required- a helmet, working bike, spare tube for your bike.
Encouraged but not required- a riding partner, bike pump and tools, positive attitude!
Lead rider will have bike tools, hand pump, first aid kit, Garmin InReach.
