About the event

Beach WOD 25.1

Come join the CFBC Family for our first summer Beach WOD of 2025! These things never grow old! Bring your tents, workout gear, swim wear, sun block, chairs, drinks and food. We begin set up (hauling all of the heavy stuff to the beach) at 9AM. Workout begins at 10AM. Then we lounge, relax, eat, drink, play games and enjoy great company - fun in the sun or until the rain comes! Everyone is welcome to join in! Bring your family and friends. Workout is optional - and always a great way to earn the day. We'll see you at the beach!
