A beginner friendly rejuvenating and meaningful relaxation session that merges guided meditation with the use of sound therapy.

Sound bath is not recommended for anyone with epilepsy, a pace maker or in the first trimester of pregnancy.

We also recommend that you do your own research and check with a medical professional whether sound bath is safe for you to attend if you:
🔶Are experiencing severe mental health issues such as schizophrenia, personality disorders, bipolar, or PTSD
🔶Have heart or cardiac issues
🔶Have implants or metal plates in the body (metal plates, pins, ball joints)
🔶Have severe tinnitus (ringing in the ears)
