Join me for a soul-soothing evening retreat as we journey through the seven chakras — restoring balance, energy, and inner peace.
Together, we’ll explore each chakra through guided meditation, mindfulness, group Reiki, and energy healing, creating space for deep alignment and gentle release.

We’ll finish with a light supper of chakra-inspired foods, lovingly prepared to nourish body and spirit — think vibrant colours, mindful bites, and heart-led connection.

This is more than just a retreat — it’s a sacred pause, a chance to reconnect to you.
