Striking a Creative Spark!
A supportive & relaxed space for youth to come create, have fun, and socialize outside of the classroom during the Alberta teachers strike!

OUTSIDE THE CLASSROOM, INSIDE THE STUDIO!
Come create, have fun, and socialize in a relaxed and supportive creative space.



DATES:
- October 9th, 2025
- October 16th, 2025
- *Depending on how long the strike will last, more dates may be added!



TIMES:
- 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM
- 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM



LOCATION: Route 22 Artist Collective Gallery
COST: $10 per session
AGES: 12 - 17



Basic Supplies Included:
- Assorted paints
- Paper
- Mixed media
Bring any other supplies you already have and want to work with!
- Can be 3D or 2D!



ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Lara Kruger is a local practicing multi-discipline artist and mother of two teenage daughters. She has 10+ years as a music teacher (violin) as well as teaching arts classes to all ages throughout the Bow Valley.
She is passionate about providing arts opportunities in our community and is the founder and Executive Director of Route 22 Artist Collective!
