FREE INTERACTIVE WORKSHOP involving some movement, some talking. Appropriate for all levels.
It's SPRING! The ice is gone from our routes and trails and it's time to get excited about running and training.
In this interactive workshop, we will talk about
Shoes: the importance of selecting the right running shoes
Control of Motion: It's tricky! We'll talk and work with some things that need to be mobile and some things that need to be strong.
Running Form: It's worth working on! I'll share a few ideas to ponder.
This will be a light and fun workshop. Be prepared for some movement, so dress for ease and comfort, and bring your running shoes!
