8 Week Beginner Pole Course

You'll be joining with complete beginners just like you, whether you're joining to kick-start your fitness goals, lose weight, build strength or just have fun, you'll achieve them all at My Body Rocks Cobham.

Our 8-Week Course includes 16 classes in total, 8 Beginner Pole Classes, every Thursday at 18:30 and 8 credits to use on Conditioning Classes or our online flexibility Classes, all for just £99, you can book your spot now with just a 50% deposit.

Can't make a class in the course, just cancel in the app at least 24hrs before and you'll get a make up credit to use against another class.


How to Book:

Download the Groovio app from your app store

1) Register an account with your email address.

2) Search My Body Rocks

3) Click Book Now

4) Select the Location

5) Head to the date that your course starts and select the course

6) Scroll down and press Book Now

7) Then select pay now (if you choose to take advantage of the pay in two parts, remember to save your card details)
