🌀 What is a Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath?
It’s a relaxing sound session using bowls made of quartz crystal.
How does it work?
You lie down or sit with your eyes closed. The sounds from the bowls create vibrations that influence your brain waves, helping you shift from a state of alertness (beta waves) into deeper relaxation (alpha and theta waves).
