During the sound bath, you will be comfortably lying down, allowing the sounds to wash over you, releasing tension and promoting deep relaxation. The vibrations will help balance your energy centers, leaving you feeling refreshed and restored.
No previous experience is necessary - simply come with an open mind and a willingness to let go. Wear comfortable clothing, a mattress blanket and pillow are provided but you can bring extra for your own comfort.
