Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead Performances!

Join us for our season opener "Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead"! This show plucks two minor characters from Shakespeare’s Hamlet and thrusts them into the spotlight…only to have them wrestle with mortality, existential dread and a pinch of classism.

The heroes are unceremoniously dropped into the middle of serious family drama…complete with lies, murder, betrayal and a surprisingly healthy dose of hilarity. Think Bill & Ted, R2-D2 & C-3PO, Vladimir & Estragon…and maybe even Beavis & Butt-Head. Ricocheting through Hamlet’s plot like steel balls in a busted pinball machine, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern ask the grand questions: “Who are we?” “How did we get here?” “Where are we going?” The cruel truth? The answer is right there in the title.
