SÂMBĂTĂ, 13 decembrie 2025, ne vedem la o nouă ediție CreativeMornings Cluj. Tema globală a lunii este SOFT și o vom explora alături de Ani Thubten Dechen, care ne va vorbi despre ce constituie o bază cu adevărat stabilă pentru fericire și mulțumire. Este vorba despre sănătatea noastră sau succesul profesional, lucrurile pe care le deținem sau prietenii care ne aduc bucurie?
Venerabila Thubten Dechen este o călugăriță budistă care a studiat filosofia budistă la Istituto Lama Tzong Khapa, Italia, absolvind atât programul de bază, cât și programul de masterat.
Ven Dechen predă la nivel internațional, susținând conferințe publice, prelegeri universitare și cursuri online despre filozofia budistă, reziliența emoțională și etică.
Înainte de a se dedica filozofiei Dharma, a lucrat în programe umanitare în Etiopia și Somaliland, apărând refugiații și persoanele afectate de nedreptate. Este cunoscută pentru abordarea sa clară și practică în integrarea învățăturilor budiste în viața de zi cu zi.
A fost hirotonisită în 2017 de Lama Zopa Rin.

On Saturday, December 13, 2025, we will meet at a new edition of CreativeMornings Cluj. The global theme of the month is SOFT, and we will explore it together with Ani Thubten Dechen, who will talk about what constitutes a truly stable foundation for happiness and contentment. Is it our health or professional success, the things we own, or the friends who bring us joy?
Venerable Thubten Dechen is a Buddhist nun who studied Buddhist philosophy at Istituto Lama Tzong Khapa, Italy, completing both the Basic and Masters Programmes.
Ven Dechen teaches internationally, offering public talks, university lectures, and online courses on Buddhist philosophy, emotional resilience, and ethics.
Before dedicating herself to the Dharma, she worked in humanitarian programs in Ethiopia and Somaliland, advocating for refugees and those affected by injustice. She is known for her clear and practical approach to integrating Buddhist teachings into everyday life.
She was ordained in 2017 by Lama Zopa Rinpoche.
