We are adding something extra this year to our paranormal tours and that is the VIP Experience Tickets! VIP Tickets are an add-on that guests can choose to participate in after the Paranormal tours are over!
You will get the opportunity to join in a full investigation with the Whimsy Paranormal Group after hours, and will be utilizing different tools during this experience. We are hoping to continue to learn more about the spirits that are still haunting the building.
PLUS! With this experience becoming more popular we are now offering the VIP Experience as a separate ticket. Now guests who have taken the tour do not have to go through it just to participate in the VIP Experience. Simply purchase the VIP Ticket and come directly to the service stairs of the Jacobsen building to be checked in!
VIP Experience Tickets are $30 per person
NOTE:
As always, half of the ticket proceeds will be going back to the building owner to go towards repairs, upkeep, and renovations to the building. We would love to see this historic location restored back to its full beauty!
All guests will be required to sign a waiver as the building is still in need of some repairs. Please wear closed toed shoes and if guests wish they may bring any tools, flashlights, and masks.
Please no children under the age of 12.
Any children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
