Sound Healing

Please join us for a sound bath mediation for relaxation, rest and restoration of the mind, body, and spirit. Sound bathing includes guided Yoga Nidra combined with the sounds of Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls. Submerge, relax, let go and bathe in the hypnotic sounds of the singing bowls. Yoga Nidra and Crystal Bowl Sound Bath Benefits: Helps in relieving muscular, emotional, and mental tension. Relaxes the mind by relieving stress and anxiety. Trains the mind and helps in enhancing memory and increasing learning capacity. Deep relaxation can result in increased energy levels. Detoxifies the body but clears up the subconscious. Leads to improved sense and more cultivated body awareness. Improves creativity. Restores mind and body and leads to restructuring of the whole personality from within.
