Clinton Parks and Recreation, in cooperation with the Historic District Commission, invite you to join us at Patricia Jimenez-Betts of Joyspace Movement Lab and Stephen Watson of Someday Farm on the Clinton Town Green on Sunday mornings for rejuvenating Tai Chi QiJong Flow classes! Feel the cool grass beneath your feet and the summer breeze on your skin as you move through the graceful, flowing postures of this ancient martial art. Our class is diverse and welcoming of all ages, backgrounds, and levels of experience coming together to find balance, strength, and tranquility. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or a curious beginner, we invite you to experience the peace and harmony of Tai Chi on the Green.
