Somatic Healing focus on the body and how emotions are stored. Somatic means memory and with this type of healing we are unblocking memories that have been storaged in our body for years. Our body holds and expresses experiences and emotions, and traumatic events or unresolved emotional issues can become 'trapped' inside."
Somatic Release is connected to soft movements and gentle stretching to release stress, emotions, and trauma. We will be getting in deeper with how to connect to our bodies from the movement and the release of energy in this safe space.
We will offer some Reiki, Meditation, crystal bowl sound, and more while being guided to learn exercises to release the energy.
This is a safe space to bring questions and thoughts and to leave with a new perspective.
Time: 7:00pm- 8:30pm
Cost: $33
What to bring: yoga mat, comfortable clothes, journal and pen, and an open heart.
