For 6 hours, we’ll rip apart the layers of pretense, face the parts you’ve shoved down, and reclaim what’s been lost to shame, fear, and silence.

This isn’t therapy. It’s a reckoning.

We begin by calling in what matters. A sacred invocation to ground the space and get brutally honest about what you're here for. No more hiding — just truth.

Cacao isn’t just sweet — it’s strong. This heart-opening ritual helps you soften what’s been hard, feel what’s been buried, and connect to yourself in a way that’s real.

Shake, release, and reset. These gentle, trauma-informed movements help you move out what your body’s been holding onto — fear, stress, stuck energy — and open a clear channel for flow.

This is where we go deep. Through energy work and intuitive, earth-rooted ritual, we call in release, reconnection, and radical remembrance. You're not here to fix yourself — you're here to free yourself.

What to Bring: Please wear comfortable clothing and bring:

• A water bottle for hydration.
• Something to write on or in for personal reflection.
• A snack for yourself and, if you feel inclined, one to share.

Facilitator Stacy bridges the seen and unseen — blending energy work, somatic practices, and spiritual insight to help participants release what no longer serves and reconnect with their truth. While many experience clarity and emotional breakthroughs, every journey is unique and results will vary.
