About the event

Swim Run Swim Training
Join us for a swim / run / swim training at Waterfront park.
400 yd swim (1 loop starting from the beach)
5K run (2 loops out/back on the trail)
400 yd swim
You are welcome to tailor the workout to your personal needs.
CTC will provide coffee/snacks
Youth training will be following the adult training (8:15 start).
Non CTC members can participate for free after signing the online waiver that morning.
