A day of fun for all ages with your friends at Ronald McDonald House Charities Piedmont Triad! We’ll have family activities, including yoga classes! This event is free to attend; however, yoga classes have a fee of $7 + tax for kids and $12 + tax for adults. This price includes one beverage (beer, wine, soft drink) for adults or one juice box for kids.
The Great Pop Tab Drop
Collecting Pop Tabs is a simple way to raise funds and involve kids in the mission of our House! Pop the tabs off soda cans, soup cans, pet food, etc. – as long as they are aluminum. We partner with OmniSource to recycle the tabs and generate funds for our House. Start saving your tabs today and bring them to Drop in our collectors at Family Day on August 2nd!
Yoga for Adults & Kids
with Yogammunity and Encompassed Wellbeing
We’ll kick off the day with a one-hour yoga class for adults (cost is $12 + tax) and a class for kids age 3 to 8 (cost is $7 + tax)
“Stuff the Truck”
Come prepared to help us “stuff the truck” with items from our House and Hospitality wish lists. These items – such as coloring books, new stuffed animals, and paper products – help us provide an environment of comfort and care for families with children receiving medical treatment in our community.
Sport A Shirt and Share A Night
The 2025 design for Sport A Shirt Share A Night is a big hit! This design, which is unique to the Piedmont Triad chapter of Ronald McDonald House Charities, celebrates the way your love and care uplifts families who have children who are receiving medical care in our community. Each shirt purchased offsets the cost of a night’s stay for a family at RMHCPT – and every shirt sported in our community is an expression of support and encouragement for those families!
