SPI Summer Open House
Lets usher in the summer with a FUN AND FAMILY FRIENDLY open house at the Strength & Performance Institute. Come and check out our newly remodeled and expanded facility, just in time for our brand new Strength Speed and Agility Classes, starting on June 2nd.

-Free Food and Drinks
-Bounce house/obstacle course for the kids
-Enter our Summer Smash Water Balloon fight at 1PM (under 16 y/o)
