Yoga by the Bay *FREE* Y6 Slow Flow Class by YogaSix

Save the date for our second class of Yoga by the Bay Summer Series! A *FREE* class lead by YogaSix!

Get your zin on during our FREE class, Y6 Slow Flow on April 27th, from 10-10:45AM. Class will be held in the Brew Haus of the Taproom (where the beer is brewed!) and participants can get a mimosa or glass of wine FREE with the purchase of food after class!

Y6 Slow Flow - Slow and Steady wins the race
A slower-paced vinyasa yoga class, enjoy more time to transition and experience postures as you flow into accessible poses accompanied by mindful breath.

Participants are responsible for bringing their own yoga mat, water bottle, and friends!
