May Baskets Story Time & Craft- FREE EVENT
With May nearly here and blooming flowers all around us, we hope you can join us this Thursday for a FREE story time and craft event on the Covey Goods patio!
What is a May Basket? A rolled up paper cone is filled with treasures (flowers, typically) and is secretly delivered on May 1st to a friend or neighbors house to spread love and cheer! I vividly remember running around my neighborhood as a child, secretly delivering these to my neighbors. We’ll begin with a quick story time, reading one of my favorites, Have You Ever Seen A Flower, followed by the fun DIY craft of making a May Basket 🌷
