Yoga in the Park - Forest Park

Join us for a peaceful and energizing outdoor yoga experience at Forest Park. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned pro, this is the perfect opportunity to stretch, relax, and connect with both nature and your body.

📍 Location: Forest Park – 5620 Grand Dr, St. Louis, MO 63112
🅿️ Park in the West Parking Lot next to the Tennis Courts and look for the TSL flags!
💲 Cost: FREE!
🧘‍♀️ What to Bring: A yoga mat (we’ll have a few extras!), a water bottle, and good vibes!

We’re excited to partner with Brick City Yoga, an LGBTQ+ friendly studio, to bring experienced instructors to lead each session. Their team will guide us through movement, breath, and mindfulness in a welcoming and supportive environment
