💖 Cacao Tea Ceremony — Sip ceremonial cacao and drop into heart coherence through guided meditation and visualization.
🔮 Crystal Sound Bath & Cleansing Ceremony — Receive a personal energetic cleansing using the ancient Mexican practice of limpia, while crystal singing bowls carry you deeper into stillness.
🌕 Integration Meditation & Sharing Circle — We’ll gently guide you out of your meditative state and close with a brief integration circle to ground and reflect. (Journaling encouraged)
