Forest Bathing, also called Forest Therapy or Shinrin Yoku is a guided nature connection practice.
Experience mood enhancing health benefits, anxiety reduction, & immunity boost through this guided nature connection practice. No experience needed; slow pace with stops, using all of our senses to immerse in the beauty of nature. Note that this trail is unpaved with some elevation.
