Unlocking Calm: Harnessing Hypnosis to Relieve Pain, Anxiety and Stress

During the session we will discuss how the mind works and why pain and stress can be hard to control. Then you will learn easy ways to control it and how to use self hypnosis to reduce or eliminate it.

Rob Cabry MD is a board certified sports medicine physician. Dr. Cabry has been a sports medicine physician for 24 years working with athletes of all ages to include college, professional, and he has traveled with US figure skating for 10 years. He has developed a program called Elite Mental Toughness that is designed to help athletes get rid of negative thoughts and self doubt to reach their peak performance.

Dr. Cabry has expanded his use of hypnosis to help people overcome anxiety, fears, habits and build real confidence in themselves.

He currently lives in West Deptford, New Jersey with his wife and he has three grown children all living in the city of Philadelphia.
