Hips + Healing: Soften The Hips, Soothe The Heart

Our hips carry so much - physical tension from daily life, and often even the weight of our emotions. This special workshop is designed to help you let go of both. We’ll work to physically release the hips in yin poses while Denise uses Reiki to clear energy blocks and restore balance.

Reiki is a gentle, healing practice that uses light hand placements - or no touch at all if you prefer - to help you feel calm, supported, and re-energized. Your guide, Denise, is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and a Level 3 Reiki Master. She has a gift for creating a safe, nurturing space where you can unwind, open up, and experience deep healing.
