Soulful Stillness Yoga

This class will be an infusion of exploration and stillness. You’ll find creative ways to connect with your body to allow for a deep connection with your soul. We will discover how to come back to our center, become grounded, and gently care for ourselves. Inside and out, your practice can expand on and off the mat. I welcome all levels of yoga whether you’re just beginning or are committed to a consistent practice. We will practice yin, hatha, breath work, and meditation, leaving you with a clear mind and overall feeling of peace. All levels welcome!
