The Solstice marks the darkest night of the year and the quiet promise of light’s return. It is a time for deep rest, reflection, and renewal for honoring the stillness before the slow, steady growth begins again.

We’ll begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony to ground and awaken presence. Ceremonial cacao—rich, pure, and gently energizing—helps quiet the noise of the mind and attune us to the wisdom of the heart. As we sip, we’ll explore the energy of winter: introspection, stillness, and faith in unseen growth. Together, we’ll honor the nourishment that comes from pausing, resting, and trusting the cycles of renewal.

We’ll co-create a large, symbolic mandala using natural winter elements—evergreen branches, pinecones, crystals and other gifts of the season. This mindful, meditative practice becomes a visual prayer of connection and renewal. When our mandala is complete, we’ll reflect on its meaning and, in a tender act of surrender, release it—acknowledging impermanence and the beauty of the cycle of life, death, and rebirth.

Each participant will receive an oracle card to offer insight, inspiration, and intuitive guidance for the winter season. We’ll share in a gentle circle of reflection, holding space to listen deeply to one another’s stories and seasonal intentions, allowing presence and shared wisdom to weave through the group.

To close, we’ll surrender into the rich tones of a restorative sound bath. The resonant vibrations of flutes, chimes, and crystal bowls and more will guide us inward, helping us settle into the wisdom of the season. Just as the trees release their leaves to nourish the earth, we too can release and replenish, trusting in the rhythm of change.
