This meditation offers a chance to reclaim rest as an act of radical self-care, not a reward for productivity. It’s about tuning into the deep tiredness beneath surface fatigue — the part of you that’s been running on empty for too long. Here, you’re invited to let go of the constant doing, to welcome stillness without guilt, and to discover rest as a vital source of strength, not weakness.

No movement required! Sit or lay back on a 2" thick plush mat supported with blankets, a cushion, and a weighted eye mask.
