Join us for 90 minutes of intentional calm—the ultimate practice to release stress, quiet the mind, and return to a grounded state of balance. Your nervous system is at the center of how you feel, function, and move through life. This class is a gentle invitation to restore inner peace and come home to yourself.
The experience begins with gentle, long-held yin postures guided by Ryan. Supported by props, each pose is designed to release deeply held tension, calm the body, and slow the mind—creating ideal conditions for the nervous system to shift out of stress and into repair.
As stillness deepens, Kailin will layer in the therapeutic tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, soft drums, and other soothing instruments to create an ambient soundscape. These healing frequencies work directly with the mind and body to support regulation, relaxation, and renewal.
This class is crafted to bring you back to a state of internal balance and offers a powerful reset for the body, mind, and spirit. Open to all levels—no experience needed.

🔔 Sound Bath Experience: Kailin will guide you through a meditative sound bath, using crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments to deepen your relaxation and enhance healing.
🌙 Deep Relaxation: A focus on calming the mind and body, allowing you to fully unwind and release stress.
🌿 Full Body Rejuvenation: A blend of stillness, breathwork, and healing sound to restore balance and energy.
