The Equinox marks a moment of perfect balance between light and dark before the nights grow longer. It’s a pause to gather the harvest—both literal and symbolic—and to honor the cycles of effort and rest. Through ceremonial cacao, deep reflection, and a soothing sound bath, we’ll welcome the turning of the year and the invitation to harvest the wisdom of the seasons.
🍂 Cacao & the Energy of Autumn
Experience an authentic heart-opening cacao ceremony, a tradition used for centuries to foster clarity, connection, and presence. Ceremonial cacao, pure and nutrient-rich, nourishes body and spirit as we sip and reflect on the beauty of transition. Together, we’ll tune into the essence of autumn—the golden light, the cooling breeze, and the quiet invitation to slow down and take stock of what we’ve grown.
🌾 Collaborative Mandala Creation
In the center circle, we’ll come together to create a large group mandala using natural materials—leaves, petals, seeds, stones, and other gifts of the season. This mindful, meditative practice invites us to be fully present as we weave patterns of beauty and intention. Once complete, we’ll reflect on its meaning and symbolism, and in a gentle act of letting go, we’ll dismantle the mandala—releasing attachment, honoring impermanence, and returning the materials to the earth.
🔮 Oracle Card Pull & Circle Reflection
Each participant will receive an oracle card to offer insight, inspiration, and a personal lens for the journey ahead. We’ll share in a circle of reflection, holding space to listen deeply to one another’s experiences, stories, and intentions as we stand at this seasonal threshold.
🎶 A Sound Bath for Grounding & Renewal
To close, we’ll surrender into the rich tones of a restorative sound bath. The resonant vibrations of flutes, chimes, and crystal bowls and more will guide us inward, helping us settle into the wisdom of the season. Just as the trees release their leaves to nourish the earth, we too can release and replenish, trusting in the rhythm of change.
