Take an hour to relax, stretch, and support a great cause! Lindsey will lead a gentle, beginner-friendly Slow Flow yoga class at Jaya Yoga. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, this class is designed to leave you feeling refreshed and connected.
