This Usui Reiki course stands apart for its unique integration of traditional energy healing with modern insights from neuroscience, nervous system regulation, yogic philosophy, and holistic biology. You’ll not only learn how to channel Reiki—but also how it interacts with the body’s stress response, energy centers, and natural capacity for healing.
Each class is guided by Kailin’s background in chakra energetics, holistic human biology, and traditional Usui Reiki. You’ll explore how energy moves through the body—from the nervous system and vagus nerve to the fascia and subtle energetic field—and how this flow affects emotional regulation, immune response, and overall well-being.
